For donations ranging from $250 to $1000, a leaf engraved with one or two names will be placed on the tree. By adding a leaf you can:

• Memorialize a love one
• Recognize a friend or loved one who is currently participating at the Senior Center
• Show your support for the active Senior Community of Pleasanton
• To start the purchase process, please complete the form shown below. In the Engravings section enter the names to be shown in Line1 and Line 2.
• You will be sent an email confirming your purchase.
• When the leaf is engraved you will be sent a photo of the leaf and its placement on the tree. 
• Once the form is submitted, click on the PayPal banner to complete your purchase.​

                                               Note there is a 25 character limit for each line on the leaf or rock.
